HCW-B03 · Full Build

The real site.

Multiple pages, and the connections behind them to the calendar, card reader and inbox you already use. For a business where the website has to do something, not just exist.

$249 Up front, then $35 a month

What is included

The pages
As many as the business needs — typically home, services, about, contact, and a gallery or menu.
The connections
Wiring to the tools you already run: your calendar for bookings, your card reader or payment processor, and an inbox that actually receives the form.
Forms that deliver
Tested end to end. A contact form that silently fails is worse than no form.
Wordmark and type
Where the build needs one. Part of the scope, not an upsell.
Structured data
Your hours, address, phone and service list in machine-readable fields, so an assistant quoting you quotes you correctly.
What the $35 a month covers
Hosting, the TLS certificate, the domain renewal calendar, backups, and up to three small edits a month turned around inside 48 hours on business days. Cancel any month.

What counts as an edit

A small edit is text, an image, your hours, a price, a phone number, or a link. Three of those a month, inside 48 hours.

A new page, a new section, or anything that changes what the site does is build work and gets quoted separately before it starts. You will never receive a surprise invoice — if a request is build work, you are told that before anything is built.

Unused edits do not roll over to the next month.

What it is not

No ad spend
Advertising budget is yours and goes directly to the platform, never through us.
No written content
You supply the words about your business, or copywriting is quoted separately.
No photography
You supply photos, or a shoot is arranged and quoted separately.
No delivery date before discovery
A date is promised once the scope is agreed in writing, and not before.
Integrations are scoped first
A storefront that has to talk to a system you already run is scoped before the number is final. The $249 assumes standard tools.

The monthly, plainly

$249 up front, then $35 a month. The monthly starts after the build is handed over and is invoiced, not charged to a card on file.

Cancel any month. Because the domain, the hosting and every other account are registered in your name from day one, cancelling stops the monthly work — it does not take your site away, and there is nothing for anyone to hand back to you.

If you would rather carry the hosting and renewals yourself from the start, say so before the build begins and you pay the $249 only.

Everything above goes in writing before you pay anything.
